Ruby A. Rush, 81, Jensen Beach, Fla., and formerly of Crawfordsville, died Thursday in her home. Mrs. Rush worked as a telephone operator with Indiana Bell at Crawfordsville before her retirement. She was a Jensen Beach Community Church member and former member of Christ United Church at Crawfordsville. She was born at Coles County, Ill. Survivors include her husband, Gene, Jensen Beach; a son, Alan, Redwood City, Calif.; a daughter, Jane Rush, Foster City, Calif.; and two sisters, Beulah Hutchinson, Cloverdale, and Marguerite Plunkett, Crawfordsville. A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Oct. 18 in Jensen Beach Community Church. Services at Crawfordsville are pending. Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach, is in charge of arrangements.
